How does Race Medal Engraving work?

You configure your medal — yourself, no technical knowledge needed
In the partner portal you set up, once, how your medal looks: the shape (circle, rectangle, or a fully custom shape you trace from a photo or import from a supplier's SVG file), where the runner's name and time go, your logo, and the laser settings. All with a live preview, so you see exactly what will actually be engraved.
You connect (optionally) your timing system
Working with RaceResult.com, or is your race in Triatlon Vlaanderen's calendar? Connect it in a few clicks. No timing system? Then the runner enters their own name and time at the kiosk — that works too.
Runners order themselves, on their phone
After finishing, the runner looks up their name or bib number, instantly sees their time and a live preview of their medal, optionally personalizes it with a message, and pays online — or at the kiosk itself, if you set it up that way.
You engrave — with one click
Paid orders arrive automatically on your kiosk laptop next to the laser. One click on "Approve & Engrave" and the medal is engraved, with a preview trace beforehand so you're never surprised.
You stay in control
Reporting per event or period, export to Excel, and a credit system where you only pay per medal actually engraved — no subscription, no commitments.
